I worked with the Centre of expertise on child sexual abuse to develop the response pathways for family law, and the redesign of the web based pathway tool.
The Child Sexual Abuse Response Pathway sets out how to respond to concerns of child sexual abuse at key points through the multi-agency response. Throughout, it focuses on meeting the needs of children and their families.
The resource provides information about public and private Family Law proceedings where there are concerns about child sexual abuse, and how children can be supported at each stage of the proceedings.
The resource includes quick reference web summaries and full downloadable guidance documents for each stage of pre-proceedings and proceedings, including fact-finding hearings.
